Was the return of Dwyane Wade to the Windy City a cover-up for the potential of LeBron also going to the Chicago Bulls? In the year 2010, the phone of LeBron James kept ringing, and at this time, he was unsure if he would return to his underachieving Cavaliers team. What was on his mind was to win a championship. But, he thought the best option would be to have his best years as an NBA player was to leave and go to potentially the two best teams in the east, which were the Bulls and the Heat.

Over the years James grew a greater friendship with star Dwyane Wade, and at this time, all-star Chris Bosh was in the same situation as James and thought the best option for him, too, was to go to another team that can give him the best opportunity to win a title.

Over the offseason, James was strongly committing to the Bulls, along with Wade and Bosh, but Wade thought it would be best if he went back to Miami along with the other two. Because of this, the other two made their decision to leave their franchise and join the heat along with Wade.

This trio of stars at the time successfully won two titles in a row, which were the only titles they won together. This amazing trio that had ended in 2014, was the best five years of success for these three players. Bosh and Wade were a duo, but when LeBron went to return to his Cavaliers in 2014, two years had passed and Wade and Bosh become unsuccessful.

Wade might have thought to himself to do what he could have done in the 2010 offseason, which was to return to where he was from, the Bulls. So did Wade return to the Bulls because he missed his hometown? Or, did he return to ask forgiveness from the Bulls for what he did in the 2010 offseason? It might be something that no one knows but himself; but was it his fault that LeBron didn’t go to the Bulls? We may never know the reason he didn’t go to the Bulls, which is why Wade did a possible favor.
